EFFT Ltd were established in 2019 and is an independent limited company with the aim of providing contract Drilling & Well Engineering services to the Oil & Gas Industry. EFFT is based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland

Director and owner Andy Clarke is a member of the Energy Institute (MEI) and is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Chartered Petroleum Engineer (MEI CEng) and has been working in the oil and gas industry since 2006.

Andy is a focused and extremely motivated flexible drilling engineer. This has resulted in a thorough grounding in both the theoretical and practical principles, instrumental in drilling operations.

With experience of operations in the UK, Egypt, Nigeria and South Africa, Andy is safety conscious, excellent problem solving skills combined with detailed planning and preparation as well being able to remain calm under pressure when presented with technical challenges.
